Compilations of Clinical Trials Results

Is anyone aware of any sites that list/organize clinical trials results for mental health disorders? How about for other health issues (other than cancer)? I'm aware that several sites list ongoing clinical trials, but I'd like to see some sites that compile the results of a large number of trials. Doesn't it seem intuitive that a resource of this type should exist? I plan to create my own compilations in the near future (beginning with bipolar disorder), but I'd like to see some examples first.
