Hi,I also experience the 4 hour sleep cycle but it doesn't seem too hard to fall back to sleep so I just go with it. I have noticed in the mornings though that I feel very groggy or spacy and nauseated, does anyone know if this would still be a side effect of the Lexapro this would be week 5 for me. ( I have just switched to 10mg vs the 5 mg a week ago) Thanks to any one who can help.
