The use of the new atypical antipsychotics for disorders other than schizophrenia or schizophrenic like disorder.
There is some good debates going on about that right now.
Example - Some doctors are prescribing them for Panic Disorder, insomnia, Depression, etc., and that is before trying all the other available options out there, like Anti-depressants, and benzo's and anti-convulsants.
The side-effects of atypical antipsychotics, are weight gain, diabetes, TD, and other movement disorders.
Anyways it is an idea.
