> Hi, I am on amisulpride 33mg, it works great but damn, all this TD stuff has got me paranoid. I take it for Dysthymia/SP. Is it safe taken at that low of a dose? Should I be worried. My life is not really worth living without it, but I'd still like to know the risks involved. Appreciate any help! Thanks

In the past, several people on Psycho-Babble have used low dosages of either sulpiride or amisulpiride to treat depression or dysthymia, including myself. The consesus was that there was little if any risk of developing TD with the dosages used. Still, I wouldn't want to guarantee anyone that they wouldn't.

Here's a link that will produce a Medline search. You will probably have to copy-and-paste the full URL.

Good luck. Let us know what you decide.
