Another amisulpride question

I've completed two weeks of amisulpride at 50mg/d. I notice a modest but still unsatisfactory abatement of my social phobia. I'm wondering whether to give it more time at this dose or boost the dose to 75 or 100mg/d. Can anyone advise?
