I can not afford to get frequent liver tests, and can not put it on my insurance because they don't know I have hep C and my insurance runs out soon. (I haven't been tested but am almost 100% positive that I have it) So if I get tested I will have to tell the next insurance company that I am hepC positive and probably get denied coverage.

I hate to tell you this but, these days insurance companies test for hepc. On another point liver panels do not test for hepc. You have to specifically request a hepatitis panel. You could therefore track your liver enyme levels to determine any suboxone effects without testing for hcv.
