If it has, I guess you could try lithium. In the literature, the use of lithium as an augmentor of antidepressants, especially the tricyclics, is widespread and perhaps the best studied and acknowledged. Wellbutrin is also used often as an adjunct. It doesn't interact badly with most medications, and does not promote anticholinergic side-effects that would otherwise be additive to those of clomipramine. Wellbutrin also seems safe to combine with MAO inhibitors. For OCD, one strategy might be to add buspirone (Buspar).
Maybe you could describe in a bit more detail your situation.
