I hate to be pedantic (Do you believe me? I don't....heh), but....

b.i.d. bis in die Latin for twice in a day
t.i.d. ter in die, thrice in a day
q.i.d. quater in die, four times in a day
q._h. quaque _ hora, every (some number) of hours (some docs might write qqh (quaque quater hora, instead of q4h)
q.d. quaque die, every day
q.h.s. quaque hora somni, every hour of sleep
p.r.n. pro re nata, as the occasion arises
