Lex withdrawal symptom or stomach bug?

The short version of this story is that I was taking lexapro for 3 months and recently added wellbutrin. I just stopped taking the lex portion and now that I've been off of it for a few days, my stomach feels sick everytime I eat.

Is this a symptom of withdrawal or a possible stomach bug?

(Yes, I know it's probably in previous posts...)
