Has anyone tried Keppra for Social Anxiety?

About a month ago I came off Neurontin because it was making me drowsy and in the three years I was on it I gained 20lbs. Further to that it wasn't controlling the Social Anxiety I had.
It was changed and I was put on Keppra. Hell, it's awful. What a struggle to get to the right dosage. I tought I was going to die. Has anyone had any similar experiences (or successful ones?)
