Lexapro Withdrawals

Please help if you can. I have been prescribed lexapro (20mg) and Wellbutin (10mg). I was on lexapro for 5 months. I decided to stop cold turkey on December 17th.( I am just tired of doing drugs) I am currently having extreme dizziness spells along wih numbness in my legs. My Doc said my withdrawal effects should have been over by now - I am concerned. How long can withdrawal symtoms last?
