Many SSRI's can cause initaial nausia as one of their side effects. This is not related to intolerance of the molicule itself, rather a reaction to sudden increases in serotonin levels.

This dissapates over a few weeks. The smell of amonia still makes me nausious but I have long since adapted to Celexa.
