Please answer I'm switching on my own need help

I am on 15 mg lexapro and am switching to luvox which I have. My doc just said switch to 100 mg of luvox and drop lex in one day but i fely anxious. Should I keep 5 mg lexapro for first week of 100mg luvox and then 2nd week drop all lex and go to 200 mg luvox?Please help me out
