This is all just personal non-professional opinion..but i think that it is easy for us to forget that battling depression/anxiety is TIRING and takes alot out of a person...the important thing is that effexor has appeared to improve your mood and help your depression..just try taking it easy and do things that you normally would enjoy a little at a time...if you have stomach flu you dont eat a whole pizza..try to stay "light on your brain" and give your neurotransmitters a chance to build their strength back up..and chances are you will begin to feel a little more motivation..it has worked for me..
