Most people get a reasonably quick boost. However, I have certainly heard of 4 week delays in therapeutic action. Also, I am one of these people where meds take a long time to kick in (except benzos ofcourse)- it's annoying to have to wait so long, but then again, meds never ever stop working for me. You know what I mean?
