On lithium and seroquel I have gone down to normal prolactin levels for some time now, thank goodness. Many meds can affect prolactin in the susceptible person--all the other antipsychotics are very prone to doing so, antidepressants can, melatonin, benzos, etc. Seroquel is extremely unlikely to affect prolactin levels, but with meds and individual chemistry, anything is possible. So do get the odd check just to ensure it is not raising your levels. For me, it's been great that way.
