want to switch from Lex to Luvox, Please Help

I've joined a sexual recory group and I know that sex addiction is not condiered OCD. However I do have "medium ocd (intrusive thoughts etc) that goes away with ssris. I just want to augment sex addict droup with Luvox. My Doc swithes me from 20 mg lex to 100 mg luvox in one day. I get anxious. Is Luvox activating or should this be a tapering adding process???
