Namenda (memantine) approval

Apparently Namenda, memantine HCL, has been approved in the US for Alzheimer's. The associated website says it should be in pharmacies Jan 2004. I know several who post here either take this or are interested in it, especially for Adderall tolerance. It will be interesting to see if American docs will prescribe for this purpose.
