Hi, I have had a mild depression for 5 years now. Several months ago I saw a "pdoc" that charged me a bundle for some worthless chit chat and insurance doesnt cover psych outside of company employee assistance program. She prescibed me Lexapro which I tried for a couple months but it made me more depressed. I then read some posts on this site and decided to try Zoloft. Got my General Practicioner (who will give me anything I ask for) to prescribe. It worked GREAT for about two months. It was activating, I was more alert, more social and felt better almost from day one. Unfortunately it's activating properties have morphed into sedating. I cant so much as look at one of these pills now and I get very sleepy. I really dont know what to try next. There is so much info on this sight and of course everybody is different. I decided to appeal to some of you here for recomendations. I read somewhere on here Parnate might be good. What do you guys/gals recomend. Btw, Ritilin and the meth drugs are not an option due to my job probiting them and the fact they could show in a drug test. Thanks in advance for your advice. Oh yea, I did briefly try Wellbutrin with no noticable affect.
