Hello.
I haven't tried Moclobemide, so I can't tell you anything about that. But a couple of other thoughts that may or may not apply to you:
> it also made
> my mood swing: for two weeks I would feel not good but also not so bad and this period would beregularlly followed by a period of depressed state running also for around two weeks.Sounds a lot like what I experienced on at least a couple of ADs. My Not-So-Awful weeks also had normal energy and in the more depressed states I could barely move myself. We ultimately decided I'm in the bipolar spectrum.
> But the interesting thing in my case is, that when stopping with Effexor it makes unpleasant redrawing effects for few days, not to severe, but then follows a time of depression lift-off,
> which takes for few weeks. My pdoc once said that cycling can also occur while coming off of an AD.
> So, I am taking Moclobemide (Aurorix) now.
> How long does it take, to get a response from it?I would also be interested in hearing more accounts about Moclobemide. I have a MS in place but am always looking to improve the remaining depression.
