Hi:
>>> Started WBXL 150mg/day on Nov. 6th and experienced no jaw pain until it went to 300mg/day last week. <<<<
It sounds to me like your dosage went 'Too' fast. In my case, I stayed around 100mg.-150 mg. for awhile, probably two months before hitting around 250mg.-300 mg. But, still I experienced 'Jaw Pain' like yours.

In my knowledge along with my personal experience, most of psycho-meds. need to go 'slow' like one and a half months' duration. If you prefer less side-effect, you need to go 'slow.'
In regard to the marital/sex life, I quite understand, ... however this, mental illness is classified as one of serious form 'illnesses' such as diabetes, heart-disease and other significant ones. Thus, you need your spouse's understanding and support to get through 'rough' spot, ... sex life.
