I would like to say that i am suffering effects much the same as you have mentioned..... the "electric head" (severe tingling in my face and scalp), and the stabbing pains in my back muscles. I have had the tingling for a week or more but the back pains only started a day or so ago and really scared me. It was just a sudden pain, I thought that something was physically stabbing me it happened so suddenly. I am a bit relieved to hear that I am not the only one suffering this and that is it due to the med.

I'm really worried because I stopped Celexa about three weeks ago and after a couple of weeks I started to have "electric head" (if this is now the term). I took the occasional pill if it got unpleasant, just to take it away temporarily. Then, a few days ago I started to get stabbing pains in all the muscles of my back, shoulders and neck. Could it possibly be caused by coming off the Celexa? Would appreciate help, as I get REALLY stressed when I think I might be ill...
