It varies from person to person, but if my side-effect is indicative of most, it will disappear after a couple of weeks. It's not uncommon for blood pressure during the first couple of weeks to have dramatic highs and lows, in which it could go as low as 90/58. My pdoc has always reassured me that this is no problem.
