Is it possible to combine Manerix with Stims?

Manerix/Moclobemide
I've heard is possible but is there any evidence that at a doctor would accept as good evidence that it could be done?
By stims I mean Ritalin, or Dexedrine. I triad provigil and it did nothing for me.

Any input much apreciated, and any info on Dr Cosgrove.
