I don't think so. Adderall can bring about strange reactions sometimes (e.g., aggression, mood swings); often they're short lived, and I don't think that indicates someone has a mood disorder (bipolar for instance). Usually the cause is 'crashing', which is treatable. Tolerance can also occur, mimicking depression or mania. That's also treatable--without mood stabilizers or SSRIs. And I haven't even scratched the surface of possible alternate explanations for aggression or mood swings.

At least that's how I see it.
