As someone once said, there is quite a bit of 'art' in the field of psychiatry, along with specialized knowledge. It takes a tornado like experience until we often find either the drug, or combo of drugs. Basically, what ever is doing the best for you, is not to switch or change. I have always said about 1 year is a thorough trial of medications.
