If you take Wellbutrin with Abilify you must reduce the standard dosage of Abilify by at least 50%.

Abilify is metabolized by the CYP2D6 Enzyme. Wellbutrin is a strong inhibitor of CYP2D6. All this info is in the package inserts for these drugs.

The package insert (label) for Abilify explicitly states that if you take Abilify with a CYPTD6 inhibitor you should reduce your dosage of Abilify by at least 50%.
