> Hi,
> I switched from parnate to nardil,How long you been on Nardil- is it the old Nardil? ie the one Pfizer havent screwed up?
and I feel very nauseous. Parnate didn't really make me lose alot of weight, it surpressed my appetite to a point, but nothing major.
> Nardil is making me feel ill, like I am ready to throw up anytime.I had this a little bit early in Nardil therapy. Just a bit nauseous, not too bad.
I am not complaining, I know side effects are part of the territory, but while researching nardil, I came across so many reports of hunger and weight gain, has anyone else experienced this?Yep, but at first I lost my appetite on Nardil. Then, around, 8- 10 weeks it started really increasing. Especially for chockies. I would eat (and still sometimes do) a LOT of chocolate. I developed a pot belly which became worse with Zyprexa.
So, yeah, Nardil can, and does a lot of the time, increase appetite, esp for sweets. And yes, there can be some weight gain, not usually too mammoth but.
