I've been using the Oxycise videos that I ordered from the web while searching for an effective workout. Ordered them from Amazon.com. It uses a specialized deep breathing along with a routine that takes 15 minutes.

It's just something that happens to be working for me since it's not jarring (fibromyalgia) and it's quick (15 min.), so I'm able to commit to it every day. I know how frustrating it is to hear about exercise in the midst of a severe episode - it's way too much to deal with. But once the meds kick in and we can manage it, I really think moving our life force is the magic bullet. - BarbaraHi everybody
I found my weight gain leveled off with remeron and have only really kept on 5 pounds of it. However the constipation is quite another thing. Have any of you had to resort to stronger laxatives to keep you regular while you are on this med.
Take care.
