well, boy howdy, from the space-cowboy---not many things safe as water, unless you can't swim. i've gotta have my morning coffee, but when neglecting proper 'just water', i don't feel good. just down. and stand-up fast? i've fainted. we are mostly water, just like this gravity-cursed planet. how can meds work right on a body that is 'toxicly' low on water? and unless your residence is new, and monitored for pollutants, good idea to get it from one of those cheap/gallon dispensers at every super market--better than perrier--really. while proper water intake may not be the total 'solution' to your deal---your pure water intake is already a threat to plain physical health. and mental health? probably. but even if it doesn't do that? you wanta be slim? live longer? normal dehydrated people face big trouble, and it's not mental. so it's a rare 'win-win' deal. thanks for the trust---gotta look at papers on lexapro. get back to you.
