post lexapro s/e?

I tapered off Lexapro b/c of the sexual s/e. After a few weeks got this headache and I've had it ever since....its like a hypersensitivity to noise, light, motion. Any ideas? How long before this is entirely out of my system? Or am I just experiencing what I was numb from before?
