depression/anxiety during perimenopause

Hello have had bouts of recurring depression. Currently on Celexa. Recently turned 45 and am experiencing some anxiety but only during the few days before my period every month. Has anyone else experienced this? Is Celexa a drug that will help with anxiety? Thanks-sgirl
