There's one thing I forgot. Feeling weak, shaky, anxious and depressed are symptoms of hypoglycemia. If you have some insulin tolerance, but not enough to cause diabetes, hypoglycemia can make your life hell. It's a controversial diagnosis, but going on the diet helped me immensely.
