I had a bad reaction to effexor and was never on it long enough to say, but I can say that zoloft is the only ssri that didn't cause major problems for me in this area. Of course, everyone's different. You might also consider Lexapro. That was tolerable at 10mg for me, but still worse than zoloft. I liked the effect of Lexapro better, though. I felt a little agitated and uneasy on zoloft.
