I have been on prozac on and off some times alternating between prozac and zoloft, but more prozac then zoloft. I am currently prescribed 100mgs of prozac which is 20mgs over the recommended maximum probably because I have been on it for 12 years. Currently, I am supplementing prozac with remeron and more recently lamictal. I have not experienced any noticeable side effect other then a mild headache, initially and maybe weight gain, whenever prozac was increased.

Urine therapy has improved my health a lot and I think it cured my major depression. St. John's wort just casued me dizziness and fatigue. And I can't find any alternative for my OCD and blushing. Now I think I can do nothing but my last resort is returning back to Prozac for my blushing.
