I've had to deal with this problem myself many times while on SSRI antidepressants, and currently I take Prozac 20mg (which does sap my motivation a bit). One idea which may help is adding Wellbutrin to the Celexa. This is a very common combination, and the boosted norepinephrine and dopamine from Wellbutrin could be very helpful (provided that you're not someone who's hypersensitive to Wellbutrin). I use amphetamines (currently Adderall XR 30mg) to help control this problem, and just two days ago my doctor added Levoxyl to the mix so we'll see how that goes.

Other possibilities include dopamine agonists (drugs normally reserved for Parkinson's disease: e.g. Mirapex, Symmetrel, Requip, Parlodel), Sinemet (carbidopa/levodopa), Eldepryl, Strattera, or Edronax.
