It's a tough call since you have so many diagnoses, but it really sounds to me as if you are having panic attacks with agoraphobia. The agoraphobia being the fear of going out of the house, and the panic disorder being the actual physical symptoms once you actually go outside (or even when you contemplate going out). Panic symptoms can be relieved temporarily with high potnecy benzos, especially Xanax. They are usually treated in the long run with antidepressants (SSRI, MAOI, or tricyclic) and with Buspar. This is just my opinion, though. It sounds like you've got a lot going on. It could also have to do with meds you are currently on. Check with your doc.
