Hey fritz,

I've been on Parnate for about 3.5 months now. For the first week or so when starting I was really groggy, but that goes away and soon you'll start feeling pretty charged. I started getting insomnia maybe 3 weeks after beginning. Also when I raised the dose from 30-40, I experienced the same fatigue for about a week, again. I'm in college, so I could afford (and really enjoy) a nice, peaceful afternoon nap.

The orthostatic hypotension was a big problem for me (especially after naps), and caffeine made this much worse, so maybe be careful with that. I also found 40 mg to be a bit too taxing on my heart and BP, but I think different people can tolerate different dosages...
