I have been fortunate until now that the Lexapro and Wellbutrin XL are in the formulary for my insurance. My co-pay was only $9 and I felt so fortunate for that, and grateful. My coverage is changing as of January 1 and neither the Lex nor the Wellbutrin are in the new formulary. The copay for two of the AD's and an allergy med becomes more than my disability income can bear.(Used to be $27.) They say I can substitute Paxil or a couple of other things. Since I have tried Paxil and it was not for me, I am likely going to have a struggle on my hands to get the meds I need.I can afford to pay a certain amount toward my meds but this huge increase is a big bite. I will certainly ask my pdoc to help me out with this but if you have any other resources please send them along.
Thanks,
Peace,
Shelley
