I just emailed one of the doctors at "shire" pharma,I would suggetst you do the same.

After reading your reply I knew it was not just me! The IR adderall orig "brand" formula worked just fine.

I believe it to be "subpotent". My doctor is not to crazy about the desoxyn. He added focalin to my adderall to help augment it since he wont go over 60mg a day.
Sorry I dont have any info to add about desoxyn.
