withdrawal from WELLBUTRIN sweaty hands and shaky

Im tapering off wellbutrin slowly and at the same time am taking tryptophan (serotonin supplement). Ive noticed since tapering off that my hands are sweaty a lot of the time and im really shaky. I had the shakiness before the tryptophan but never had the sweaty hands.
Does anyone know what the withdrawal effects are from wellbutrin?? thanks
