effexor xr (150mg) and lamactal (50mg)

Hi, I just found this board and was wondering if anyone was on this combo.. what are the side effects and what negative or positive things is it doing for you. I'm also in IOP (Intensive Outpatient) Therapy Monday -Friday for Bi polar and depression.
