Benzo's and neck/back pain?

There's a thread above to the same question, but I am curious, do benzo users (I use Klonopin exclusively) have a problem with neck and back pain on a fairly regular basis? I know it's an anxiety sympton, also. Mine is quite annoying at times, but I do not want to decrease or increase my dose - as I asked above - What to do?
Just trying to sort out the details. Help and experiences would be appreciated.
