Xanax / Anti-Anxiety Drugs Neck Spasms

Hi-
Anyone out there have neck spasms with anti-anxiety drugs?
Xanax , specifically!
My friend has been warned this may happen. However, he is not on xanax, Could Xanax do this as well???
