I don't have any psychosomatic disorders. I do OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, GAD, Panic Disorder, Bipolar III.
I think your right about people with OCPD not being able to read others emotions, actually people with personality disorders period. I don't have the Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, but I do have OCD and if it is any likeness to what I go through everyday, I conmiserate with you.
Are you currently taking any meds or going through any therapy? I'm in therapy and on several different meds... The only one mildly helping is Paxil. Hope you feel well today. :)
