Hi Wildflower - I asked my p-doc about effects on BC and he said there were none. I have read several posts, tho, that indicated some women have longer durations of periods while on Lex or other ADs. I've only been on it a couple weeks, so I don't have first-hand knowledge yet! Have you had some sort of effect?
