Anyone switched from Zoloft to Lexapro

Hi.been taking 200 mg. Zoloft for 10 yrs. for severe PMS and anxiety,OCD. Decided to switch to Lex. because of less sexual se's.No drive @ all with Zoloft. Just wondering if anyone else has made the same switch and if they have imput on the better of the two..been experiencing withdrwal se and Lex. se and wondering if I should just stay on Zol. and deal with low sex drive? It's the only se I have ever had on Zol. Any input would greatly be apprec.
