Abilify and Insomnia

I just started taking 15 mg Abilify and am having a lot of trouble sleeping. Some of this may be from going off the small dose of Clozaril I was on. I have been experiencing a lot of insomnia as I have have tapered it off.
I would like to know what people have successfully used to treat the insomnia that can occur with Ability.
Also, in peoples' experience, does the insomnia subside after a while? How long?
It would be nice to have a long, active day and at the end of it be exhausted and sleep like a lamb! Can I forget about this ever happening again?
