Have you considered Wellbutrin? It's a norepinephrine and dopamine re-uptake inhibitor. Isn't Remeron an ssri? If so, since seratonin works for you, Wellbutrin might not be a good replacement.
Adderal is a dopamine drug so the Wellbutrin might give you some of the positive benefits of that in a different way. Norepinephrine is the key to quelling my anxiety, so it might help that, too.
If seratonin is the key, though, and you don't have too many side effects on Remeron, you may not want to give that up.
Wellbutrin was the best for me (for one day I can hardly remember now) until I broke out in hives just as I got to a therapeutic level. I have add/inattentive.
