Rash on breasts, side effect of WB XL???

I've been on 300mg XL for 3 days (was 150mg for 1 wk prior) and am coming down from Effexor XR (currently on 37.5). Yesterday I noticed after working all day that my breasts were itchy. Didn't pay much attention to it, but today I noticed a slight red/rash on both breasts. My first thought was that it must be the bra, but it's not new, detergents the same.
Ever heard of that being a side effect?
